WHEN CAN I CHECK-IN? WHAT TIME IS CHECK OUT?
Your room is available for check-in from 4pm and check-out time is before 11am. If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us (additional charges may apply).
I WILL BE ARRIVING EARLY – CAN I HAVE MY ROOM?
Yes, the price is €50 from 7am to 11am and €30 from 11am to 2pm.
DO YOU ACCEPT GROUP BOOKINGS?
If you are reserving 5 or more rooms for your party please contact us.
HOW DO I MODIFY MY HOTEL RESERVATION?
Call reception but if you have booking through a booking agent call them.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
The cancellation policy will depend on the rate plan you have booked, details can be found on our cancellation policy or on your confirmation email.
IS IT CHEAPER TO BOOK ONLINE?
Yes, it is cheaper to book on our website.
ARE THE PRICES QUOTED PER ROOM OR PER PERSON?
The prices are quoted per room.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED IN THE HOTEL?
We accept all major credit cards & payment options including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, G Pay and Apple Pay. Please note with the exception of advance payment or prepaid offers, payment for bedrooms will be taken on arrival, however inline with our 48hour cancellation policy the hotel reserves the right to charge a card anytime within this 48 hours, where it it deemed necessary to do so.

DO YOU HAVE ROOMS AMENITIES?
Your room should have everything you need for your stay but if you require any additional linen, iron, fan or other item, please dial “0” to request items.
DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS?
Woodford Dolmen is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas including guest bedrooms. A €300 deep cleaning fee will automatically be charged to any guests found to be in breach of this policy.
CAN THE WOODFORD DOLMEN ACCOMMODATE PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?
Yes, all public areas are wheelchair accessible and the lift serves all floors.
DOES THE HOTEL HAVE ANY ACCESSIBLE ROOMS?
Yes, there are accessible rooms with accessible bathrooms.
DOES THE HOTEL ALLOW PETS?
Only guide dogs are permitted in the hotel.
CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE?
Yes, you are welcome to store your luggage with us in our reception area before check-in and upon check-out.

DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT?
Guests who have guaranteed their reservations with credit card will be asked for pre-authorisation on arrival. Guests paying cash or debit card will be asked for full prepayment of the balance on arrival and may be asked for a further deposit for charging facilities.

WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST SERVED?
Breakfast is served from 7am to 10.30 am Tuesday - Friday; and 8 am to 10:30 Saturday - Monday.
WHAT DINING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL?
We cater for a wide range throughout the day. From Breakfast, Lunch Menu, Litebites, Evening Menu in The Plum Tree Bistro & Bar. Carvery is still available on Sundays from 12 - 4pm.
